Travelling around the world is exciting but it can sometimes be tiring as well. This infographic formed part of a guide of top tips to show you how to stay fresh and healthy on the go so that you can travel well on every journey. The Road Warriors Guide to Beating Jet Lag infographic was produced under extremely tight guidelines paired with short deadlines. Liaising with BBC colleagues and corporate stakeholders in Asia, I both managed to achieve what the client was looking but also bring this segment of the project in on time.
